“Raindrops on Roses”

Paige’s favorite items she has recommended over the years are listed below. Items and pictures are from Amazon; however, you are welcome to purchase them elsewhere. If you are worried about anything listed, please be sure to check with your doctor or medical advisor.

PROPS & SUPPLIES

  • Tune Up Ball set- there are many sizes and they come in a set with a mess bag so you can use them together or single. Paiges also uses tennis balls but sometimes she prefers the stiffness of the Tune Up balls. A student I work with got a great deal of a combo of balls on amazon that she loves and great deal.

  • Prefer More traditional “Tune Up Balls” - this is more traditional massage ball set made of foam texture - 3 pack that has a tiny one that Paige likes for places like your jaw line.

  • Pilates Ring - look for any online - there are many but you shouldn’t spend a lot for it. $12 to $18 max. Here is the one Paige has:

  • Yoga Wheel - this is a set of 3 different wheel sizes, great for supporting the spine in various positions.

  • Yoga Bolster - there are many kinds of bolsters and sizes. They are often expensive. There are ones that are more round but Paige likes this square one especially if you plan to lay back at a slight angle.

  • Weighted Sand Bag - there are many out there but some are not heavy enough. Placing the bag on your body for added compression during restorative yoga positions.

SELF CARE:

  • Nasya Oil - for the nose - from Banyan Botanicals - see tab for nose care on usage. Paige highly recommends this one.

  • Kimkoo Cotton Sleep Mask - best sleep mask Paige has ever had. Blocks out light 100%, even around the nose area. Soft and just a bit of support to comfort the eyes. Adjustable band that is think and flexible.

  • Sunn Bay Lavender-Scented Extra Long Neck Wrap - Amazon link here Paige likes the heaviness of this neck wrap as it helps support the neck but also perfect on the collarbones. She uses it at home and on the road.

  • Victorias Lavender: small business that has a farm and referred to me by existing client. Paige likes the natural room spray. https://victoriaslavender.com/

  • Rishi Tea - Ginger with Turmeric and she often puts another tea bag of black or green tea with it as well. On-line or you can find at Whole Foods. All their teas are just amazing!

  • Organic India Tea - herbal tea with many to choose from. Paige likes the Original Tulsi tea after dinner as it helps digestion and gets the body ready for sleep.

  • T-Shirts by Sure Design www.suredesigntshirts.com - form fitted (not box shaped) yet not tight around the body. Comfortable and lasts long. Not expensive either. This became Paiges uniform for teaching as she wanted something without a statement to wear to offices and also provide enough coverage to her chest and shoulders so she could lean over to help students.

  • Rosewater ( Alcohol Free) Some rosewater has alcohol, and Paige uses this one for various reasons per Ayurvedic suggestions - on the eyes to hydrate. When she comes into a studio and it is hot and smelly she sprays the air to clean it. Great too cool the room or body.

  • Incense Sticks - Satya Baba Nag Champa - there are many intense sticks out there but this one is a classic and her preferred smell. Really good for cleaning the air out and not so overwhelming for someone who is sensitive to smells (like migraine or pregnant moms
