About Paige

Welcome! I’m Paige Lichens (she/her/they/them), a Washington, DC native with a lifelong passion for helping others find balance, resilience, and well-being through the practice of yoga and meditation.

Paige is not a doctor or to be replaced with seeing those in the professional field of health and medicine. You should always check with your doctor before starting a new plan of care.  Instead as you work with your own doctor or medical professional, if they refer you to seek out yoga, yoga therapy or meditation, then you know you can come to a class taught by her that is offered safely by someone that understands variations, modifications and alternate solutions you may consider and find helpful.
